Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Omaha)

Noah Marchetti · 2026-08-04T18:37:55.303Z

I got a contract offer for 12 months as a welding apprentice and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
