Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, office manager here

I got a contract offer for 15 months as an office manager and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
