Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, nurse's aide here

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a nurse's aide and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
