Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Nashville)

Freya Baptiste · 2026-07-17T03:45:10.788Z

I got a contract offer for 7 months as an administrative assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. I have 11 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
