Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Memphis)

Tariq Grimaldi · 2026-06-09T05:26:26.361Z

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a procurement assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have 11 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
