Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Jacksonville)

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I have 11 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
