Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, hotel front-desk agent here

Camila Eriksen · 2026-07-21T19:26:42.350Z

I got a contract offer for 13 months as a hotel front-desk agent and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I have 13 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
