Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Fresno)

I got a contract offer for 10 months as a security officer and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have 2 months of savings left.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
