Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - first time posting

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. I worked as a school bus driver before this. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
