Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, electrician's helper here

Chidi Quintero · 2026-07-15T02:39:03.571Z

I got a contract offer for 14 months as an electrician's helper and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
