Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. Any experience at all would help. The contract could extend. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
