Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, bookkeeper here

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a bookkeeper and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have 4 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
