Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

Sofia Halvorsen · 2026-08-06T16:30:38.597Z

I got a contract offer for 14 months as a hotel front-desk agent and I am unsure whether to accept. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?
