Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

Bjorn Quintero · 2026-05-11T22:31:57.043Z

I got a contract offer for 5 months as a medical assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
