I got a contract offer for 11 months as a marketing coordinator and I am unsure whether to accept. There are 11 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have 9 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
