Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 10 months of savings left. What would you do?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
