Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

Leila Oyelaran · 2026-07-24T03:10:24.676Z

I got a contract offer for 5 months as a web developer and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
