Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. It has been a long 15 weeks. The contract could extend. How did you handle benefits?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
