Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

Freya Marchetti · 2026-07-17T11:19:38.768Z

I got a contract offer for 13 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
