Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - any advice?

Riley Nkemelu · 2026-09-05T01:56:08.781Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I have 3 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
