Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? (Albuquerque)

Zara Oyelaran · 2026-04-15T08:48:10.294Z

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
