Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? after 4 years as a janitorial supervisor

Freya Choudhury · 2026-09-17T18:46:45.381Z

I got a contract offer for 4 months as a janitorial supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
