Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? after 3 years as an accounts payable clerk

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
