Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? after 3 years as a delivery driver

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a delivery driver and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. I have 3 months of savings left. What would you do?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
