Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? after 13 years as a machine operator

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I worked as a machine operator before this. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
