Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? after 11 years as a home health aide

I got a contract offer for 11 months as a home health aide and I am unsure whether to accept. Any experience at all would help. The contract could extend.

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
