Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?, administrative assistant here

I got a contract offer for 13 months as an administrative assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
