Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
