Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 9 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 6 months as a call-centre agent and I am unsure whether to accept. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I would gain recent experience.

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
