Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

Quinn Kowalski · 2026-07-23T11:29:21.159Z

I got a contract offer for 16 months as a quality inspector and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Boise, in case local advice matters. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.
