Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 8 months and counting

Morgan Lindqvist · 2026-08-17T12:06:24.342Z

I got a contract offer for 7 months as a payroll clerk and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been weighing on me all week. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
