Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 6 months and counting

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I worked as a home health aide before this. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
