Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. I worked as a barista before this. I have 5 months of savings left. How did you handle benefits?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
