Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

Jordan Whitfield · 2026-08-12T02:36:52.389Z

I got a contract offer for 5 months as a sales associate and I am unsure whether to accept. I am in Jacksonville, in case local advice matters. I would gain recent experience. What would you do?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.
