Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 26 weeks in

A permanent role may come up, but the contract starts now. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The contract could extend. Did a contract become permanent?

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
