Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

Gemma Petrov · 2026-08-04T07:27:25.445Z

I got a contract offer for 12 months as a school bus driver and I am unsure whether to accept. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Buy coverage through the marketplace if the contract has none. I budgeted for it before signing.
