Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 14 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 10 months as a teaching assistant and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 6 weeks. The contract could extend.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
