Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 13 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 3 months as a paralegal and I am unsure whether to accept. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
