Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 12 months and counting

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I would gain recent experience.

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
