Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 12 months and counting

I got a contract offer for 3 months as an accounts payable clerk and I am unsure whether to accept. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have 12 months of savings left.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
