Temp-to-hire offer, worth it? - 10 weeks in

The pay is fair but there are no benefits. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I would gain recent experience. Did a contract become permanent?

I took a contract and it converted after four months. The time also kept my skills current.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
