Temp-to-hire offer, worth it?

I got a contract offer for 6 months as a warehouse supervisor and I am unsure whether to accept. It has been a long 18 weeks. I have 7 months of savings left. Did a contract become permanent?

Ask about extension likelihood and whether the team has hired contractors before.

If savings are low, I would accept and keep applying. You can leave for a permanent role if one appears.
