Salary expectations: how do you answer? - what worked for you?

Wei Lindqvist · 2026-07-08T09:03:24.081Z

I do not know whether to give a range or ask for theirs. There are 8 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Asking about the range for the role first worked for me. Some recruiters share it.
