Salary expectations: how do you answer? (Kansas City)

Kwame Thorne · 2026-09-18T07:48:18.310Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a forklift operator. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Benefits matter too. A slightly lower rate with better coverage was better for me.
