Salary expectations: how do you answer? after 9 years as a procurement assistant

Zuri Lindberg · 2026-06-30T16:29:52.701Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a procurement assistant. It has been a long 9 weeks. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
