Salary expectations: how do you answer? after 9 years as a barista

Bjorn Grimaldi · 2026-08-05T04:05:05.337Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a barista. I do not want to price myself out. How do you research fairly?
