Salary expectations: how do you answer? after 4 years as a store manager

Freya Nystrom · 2026-05-05T23:56:59.917Z

A recruiter asked for my salary expectations on a first call as I look for work as a store manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to price myself out.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
