I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

Refresh the main tools of your field with a few tutorials. It builds confidence.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
