Returning to work after caring for family - first time posting

I am nervous about technology changes while I was away. It has been a long 4 weeks. I have been taking an online course. Are there returnship programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
