Returning to work after caring for family - any advice?

I used to work as a nurse's aide and I am looking for a part-time role to start. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am unsure how to describe the break. How did you get back in?

I began with part-time temp work, which helped me get back into the rhythm.
